Newville Borough Manager Accused Of Violating Criminal Finance Laws
The Newville Borough Manager for over 28 years has been charged with numerous felonies for allegedly criminally violating Pennsylvania finance laws, Cumberland County District Attorney Seán M. McCormack announced on Tuesday afternoon.
