Video Shows Victim Held In Chokehold, Robbed In Philadelphia: Police Two men are sought by police for an early morning robbery in Philadelphia's Franklinville section, authorities say.  The pictured suspects held a victim in a chokehold and forced him to the ground while taking his money and cellphone, PPD wrote in a release. North Philadelphia Fires Kill Woman, Injures Firefighter One woman is dead and a Philadelphia firefighter is hurt after a pair of fires on Tuesday, Dec. 19, and early Wednesday, Dec. 20, officials told Daily Voice.  The first blaze broke out around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of West Tioga Street in Franklinville, a Fire Department spokesperson said.
