Holihan announced on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024. Jayleen Rivas-Rodriguez, 35, admitted to charges of: Involuntary Manslaughter and Endangering the Welfare of a Child during a hearing before Judge Anna-Kristie M. Marks, officials said.
