DA: U.S. Marshals Capture Bensalem Man Out On Bail For 3rd Violent Attack Of Ex-GF A Bensalem man who was out on bail for two domestic violence attacks despite objections from the Bucks County District Attorney's Office is facing new charges after violently attacked the same victim again, authorities said. Patrick Dando, 35, was captured by the U.S. Marshals after pushing his ex-girlfriend down a flight of concrete steps and strangling her until she blacked out last Friday afternoon, District Attorney Matt Weintraub said.
