Cold CASE: Troopers Seek Lehigh Valley Woman Who Disappeared Without A Trace More than 30 years after she vanished from her Fountain Hill home, state police continue the search for Frances Mary Kiefer.  Kiefer was 44 years old when she was last seen on March 22, 1994, troopers said. Cold CASE: Gruesome Home Invasion Homicide Under Investigation In PA Investigators are taking another look at a gruesome home invasion turned execution of a wealthy Pennsylvania man. Jeffrey Charles Horwith, 37, was the heir apparent to his father's Northampton-based business, Horwith Trucking Incorporated, state police say.  He was headed to his North Whitehall home after a dinner at a local restaurant with his wife on July 29, 1988, according to Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
