Red Cross Assisting 12 After Allentown Fire: Officials A dozen people received Red Cross assistance on Sunday, July 28 after a fire broke out in Allentown's West End, according to relief officials and the Fire Department.  The two-alarm blaze happened on the 400 block of North 16th Street, AFD said.
