Man Exposes Himself Outside Berks County Grocery Store: Police A 64-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly exposed himself outside a grocery store in Berks County, authorities said. Gary Hacker, of Elverson, was caught exposing himself in the parking lot of BB's Grocery Outlet in Morgantown by a female customer, Caernarvon Township police said in a Tuesday, May 10 release. The incident happened on Tuesday, March 29, records show. He was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct. His court docket does not show evidence of him being jailed, but it does show summonses filed.
