A months-long investigation into the killing of 30-year-old Ebony Pack ended this week with the arrest of a Philadelphia man, authorities announced Friday. Ricky Vance, 52, was charged with first-degree murder and other offenses after having been accused of shooting Pack dead driving to her girlfriend's house in Lansdale on Nov. 28, 2020, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. DA: Philly Man Selling Heroin, Fentanyl Cocktails Caused 4 ODs Including 2 Deaths
A Philadelphia drug dealer was arrested after selling bags of heroin and fentanyl to two people who both survived overdoses on it months before they overdosed and died on it, authorities said. Bags of drugs labeled "BAD BUNNY" sold by Derrick Jackson, 58, were found at the scene of the overdose deaths of Jason Evans last September and Rebecca Ennis in December 2019, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Montgomery County Man Facing Child Rape Charges Decades After Alleged Incidents
A Montgomery County man was jailed after a woman alleged she was raped and sexually assaulted by him as a child 21 years ago, authorities said. Brian Marchini, 46, of Colmar, was slapped with multiple charges on Jan. 7, nearly two months after the woman originally notified police of the accusations on Nov. 2, the Lansdale Borough Police Department said.
