'Execution-Style Murder' Caught On Video In Chesco, DA Says Authorities in Chester County say a Spring City dad was killed "execution-style" early Saturday morning, and claim that surveillance footage from the scene has identified the man who pulled the trigger.  Police in East Vincent Township were called to the Park Springs Apartment Community at about 2:30 a.m. on April 15 to find 33-year-old William Stafford dead in the street from multiple gunshot wounds, said District Attorney Deb Ryan in a release.  The victim was laying near a white Ford Taurus, officials noted.  When investigators pulled surveillance tapes, they sa…
