'Armed and Dangerous' Upper Gwynedd Gunman Wanted By Police Police in Upper Gwynedd are seeking a man on aggravated assault charges, they announced Sunday, April 17. Damian Q. Thomas is wanted in connection with the April 16 domestic-related shooting on the 600 block of Sumneytown Pike, that injured two people around 10 a.m., Upper Gwynedd police said. Both victims arrived at Abington Hospital with gunshot wounds, one in the head and one in the leg, police said. The victims identified Thomas as the alleged shooter.
