Police in Bucks County are pressing charges against a Philadelphia woman who they say snatched a wallet from a diner at a Feasterville restaurant. Diane Doughty, 32, of Philadelphia, is wanted for felony identity theft, said Lower Southampton police in a release. Investigators believe Doughty swiped the wallet from a customer at an eatery on the 100 block of East Street Road on Feb. 13. UPDATE: A man from Philadelphia and another from South Jersey admitted their roles in a major drug trafficking ring that dealt meth and fentanyl, federal authorities said. Kevin Salmon, 25, had 5½ pounds of meth and two guns in his home when it was raided by authorities, U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Philip R. Sellinger said. Salmon had served as a courier for a major drug-trafficking network that "distributed large quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl," the U.S. attorney said. Police ID Missing Delaware River Boaters
New Jersey State Police have identified the two boaters who they said went missing on the Delaware River over the weekend. A search and rescue mission was launched Saturday for Joseph P. McLaughlin, 24, and Brian S. Palangi, 26, both of Deptford, New Jersey State Police spokesperson Adam Dewechter said. A 33-year-old security guard whose K9 officer bit a man outside of a New Jersey restaurant has been charged with aggravated assault, authorities said. Steven T.
