A Philadelphia teen who was previously charged in the murder of Tyshaun Welles has been cleared of any wrongdoing, the District Attorney's Office says. Zaire Wilson, 16, was arrested shortly after Welles was shot at the 15th Street SEPTA Station in Center City on Jan. 11, police have said. A convicted murderer in Pennsylvania who was supposed to get the death sentence was sentenced to nearly 10 to 40 years in state prison for running a drug ring inside a Bucks County jail, authorities announced Friday, April 22.
