Pottstown Shooting: 1 Person In Critical Condition One person is seriously wounded after shots rang out in Pottstown on Sunday night, March 17, authorities say.  Police were called to North Washington St. and Union Alley around 8:30 p.m. for reported gunfire, borough police wrote in a release. Woman Sitting In Parked Car Struck By Gunfire In Reading, Detectives Say One woman was hospitalized after she was shot while sitting in a parked car on Thursday night, March 7, Reading police said in a release.  It happened on the 400 block of Lehigh Street around 9:20 p.m., according to investigators.  The victim, 25, was struck multiple times in the leg and taken to Reading Hospital with non-life-threatening wounds, said police.  The suspects are described as two men, possibly Hispanic wearing dark clothing, said detectives.
