Suspect In Custody For Exposing Self To Children In Lehigh County: PSP A suspect is in police custody after troopers said he exposed himself to a group of young children in Lehigh County on Monday, March 11.  The suspect, who authorities have not named, is being held on unrelated charges in Schuylkill County, said state police in a release.  Investigators said the incident happened on the 7000 block of Lincoln Court in Lynn Township.
