A 15-year-old Virginia girl has been reunited with her family after she was located by police on Monday, according to a release by Shippensburg police. The Ashland police department in Virginia contacted the Shippensburg police department about the girl who had gone missing from the Ashland area on Saturday, Jan 15, according to the release. Through an investigation, police learned that the teenager had met up with a man she met through a social media application. A 34-year-old man who agreed to meet with an officer posing as a minor was arrested in an undercover sting, authorities in Berks County said. Jeremy Kreiser, of Fleetwood, messaged a social media account and agreed to meet the 13-year-old girl -- who was actually an undercover officer -- outside of an elementary school in Reading where he had been working as a private construction contractor, Reading police said. A federal jury found a 27-year-old Bucks County man guilty of multiple child exploitation offenses after he tried to meet an undercover FBI agent posing as an 11-year-old girl online for sex, authorities said.
