A man who used Facebook to try and get nudes and met for sex acts with a child is sought by Lower Southampton police. Lawrence W. Kramer is accused of soliciting explicit pictures and sex acts from a 13-year-old child through Facebook in November, the department detailed in the release. A Philadelphia man died while in police custody at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on Monday, Dec.18, authorities revealed.
