An inmate at a western Pennsylvania prison who escaped custody last year was arrested in Philadelphia Friday morning, March 22, authorities say. Isaiah Tilghman, 33, was caught on the 3300 block of Aramingo Avenue, according to US Marshals. Tilghman was being held on drug charges and state parole violations when he fled from the Blair County Prison on Dec. 3, authorities have said. Two Penn State Altoona students have been arrested in connection to threats they made on social media, authorities say. Juan Namakura, 19, of Illinois, was arrested first followed by Benjamin Dous, 20, of Pennsylvania for posting threats on the social media app Yik Yak — posting on the Altoona Penn State campus within 5 miles of each other on Oct. 30, according to the criminal complaints obtained by Daily Voice. A Pennsylvania woman is facing felony charges after she allegedly sexually assaulted another woman at a hotel in 2020, according to a report by CBS21 citing state police. Christine Lostaglia, 25, of Altoona, and a man brought the alleged victim to Relax Inn in Antis Township in August 2020, the outlet reports citing a criminal complaint.
