A wanted Philadelphia woman was accused of threatening to kill a worker at a store on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said. Fatima Gadson, 33, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 20, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. She was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, simple assault, terrorist threats, and obstruction of justice. A Philadelphia teen was arrested and several other people were wanted in a fight near the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said. Joseph Miller, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and possession of a large-capacity magazine, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. Philadelphia Man Attacked Woman With A Brick On Atlantic City Boardwalk: Prosecutor
A Philadelphia Man allegedly attacked a woman with a brick on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said. Samuel Cooper, 43, was indicted on Thursday, March 23, for attempted murder in connection with the random attack, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. The brick was tied in a t-shirt during the attack near Iowa Avenue on Jan. 6, they said. Caesars Entertainment announced on Wednesday that it is investing $400 million into three of its Atlantic City casino resorts. Renovations, to begin this summer at Caesars, Harrah's Resort and Tropicana Atlantic City, include new restaurants, enhanced gaming floors and renovated guest rooms.
