PA Teenage Twin Dies During National Guard Training A 17-year-old died from Pennsylvania who was training for the Army National Guard along with her twin sister, collapsed and died in South Carolina, authorities say. Pvt. Andrew Black, of Perkiomenville, worked as a firefighter with the Upper Frederick Fire Company and served in the Army National Guard, according to his obituary.
