I-95 Gunman Arrested Four Years After Shooting: State Police
The suspected gunman in a 2019 shooting on Interstate 95 is in police custody, authorities announced.
Twenty-year-old Samuel Irizarry was arrested by state police early Friday, Nov. 3, troopers said in a release.
Irizarry is thought to have been riding in a dark-colored Chevrolet sedan that was involved in a Feb. 20, 2019 shooting on Mile 22 of the highway in Philadelphia, near the Benjamin Franklin bridge, according to police.

A Pottstown woman is guilty of starting the North Coventry apartment fire that displaced more than 100 people in 2020, a Chester County jury has ruled.
Toni Kirk was convicted on 21 counts including aggravated assault, causing and risking a catastrophe, and reckless endangerment, the District Attorney's Office said last week.
