One man is charged with attempted murder after four people were shot near Allentown's Muhlenberg College late on Tuesday night, Feb. 20, prosecutors say. It happened at 1837 West Turner Street around 6:45 p.m., the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office wrote in a release. An Ohio man is charged with homicide by vehicle after a crash that killed one woman and injured two children in Cass Township on Friday night, Feb. 9, state police say. It happened on Route 901 near Old Phoenix Road around 7:30 p.m., troopers wrote in a release. Two men wanted for homicide in Delaware County are sought by Pennsylvania State Police. Naere Shamir Alexander-Thorpe, 25, and Jamade Imira McMillian, 24, both have ties to Delco, Delaware state, and "surrounding states," troopers said. In addition to the murder charges, both men are accused of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and weapons charges, according to authorities. A dad awaiting his preliminary hearing on newly-filed charges died in Dauphin County prison Thursday, Jan. 18, according to court records officials. Michael Howard Butler II had been in and out of prisons in four counties since 2009, according to his criminal record. Tragically, for those who loved him, this time in prison was his last. Man Attempts To 'Bite', 'Spit' On Kennett Square Officers, Police Say
An Avondale man is accused of trying to bite and spit on Kennett Square police officers while they tried to take him to a hospital, the department said in a release. Erik Herrera-Bedolla, 21, is charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and harassment, said KSPD. Authorities said it happened on Sunday, Jan. 14 at the 100 block of North Willow Street. Brandon Grant, 39, died on Sunday, Jan. 14 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest from pulmonary thromboemboli due to deep vein thrombosis and complications from burns to his back, according to officials. Police detectives in Philadelphia are looking for a woman accused of aggravated assault. Investigators said the pictured woman was involved in a stabbing outside the Studio 7 Lounge, 200 S. 60th Street. It happened on Saturday, Dec. 30 just before 1:30 a.m., according to authorities.
