Investigators believe the pictured man first encountered the juvenile victim at the Red Fox Corner Store, 2200 W. Lehigh Avenue, then attempted the assault four blocks away at the Rec Center, 2551 N. 22nd Street.
He is described as a black man in his mid-30s, about 5-foot-10 with a thin build and trimmed facial hair. He was wearing black pants, a black jacket, a black baseball hat, a gold watch, and white and black sneakers with green laces.
