It happened on the 700 block of West Annsbury Street near Hunting Park, city police said.
The victim's boyfriend found her unresponsive on the floor in a second-story bedroom around 2:10 p.m., according to officials. She was pronounced dead a half hour later, police said.
Her name was not reported by police and authorities said her cause of death is still under review.
