Philly Police Respond To Restaurant Shooting

One man is injured and at least one person is in police custody following a shooting at a Philadelphia diner late Monday morning, authorities say.

It happened inside June's Breakfast, 6338 Stenton Avenue, in the city's Northwest section, the department told Daily Voice. A 38-year-old man was shot twice in the stomach and rushed to Einstein Medical Center where he remains in stable condition, police wrote. 

An arrest was made and a weapon was recovered at the scene, the department added.
