Estes Lewis was last seen on the 2000 block of Westmoreland Street around 5 a.m. on Monday, April 1, authorities said.
She is 5-foot-4 and 110 pounds with a thin build, medium complexion, and brown eyes, according to police. She was wearing a green/gray coat when last spotted.
