Terrel Hall-Williams, 28, is charged with aggravated assault and related counts, authorities said in a release.
Hall-Williams' Amazon truck was on the 900 block of South 17th Street when a 23-year-old camp counselor asked him to move it around 3 p.m., officials said. The verbal argument turned physical and Hall-Williams got a gun from his vehicle, according to authorities.
No one was injured in the shooting, police added.
No court records were available for Hall-Williams' case as of Thursday afternoon, July 18.
