School Bus, Truck Collide In Montgomery County, Injuries Reported: Police

A school bus and a passenger truck collided in Huntingdon Valley, prompting the closure of County Line Road in both directions, Lower Moreland Township Police announced on Thursday, Nov. 14.

The crash happened at 311 County Line Road and Buxmont Road around 5:30 p.m., police said. Students were aboard the bus, and at least one sustained minor injuries. The truck driver, who required extrication, was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries. No updates on their condition were available as of Thursday evening.

County Line Road remains closed between Pine Road and Bustleton Avenue as the Lower Moreland Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Unit investigates. Authorities expect the closure to last several more hours.
