Argument Lead To Shooting That Killed Bystander In North Philly: Police (Video)

An argument between two groups in Philadelphia last month led to the shooting death of an uninvolved woman, according to city police.

Authorities said it happened around 4:45 p.m. on May 11, when three men were walking on the 4700 block of North Broad Street.

They came across another group and "appeared to have a verbal dispute" before one man pulled out a handgun and opened fire, police said. The gunfire struck a woman about a block and a half away and she later died from her wounds, according to investigators.

Police have released video from the scene.
