Crash Victim Found Lying Dead In Road, Lancaster County Coroner Says A 33-year-old man was found lying on the road Sunday morning, Aug. 11, the Lancaster County Coroner announced the following day. Alexis Garcia-Burgos, of the 700 block of King Street, Lancaster, PA was pronounced dead at the scene of the two-vehicle crash at 8:15 a.m., as detailed in the coroner's release. Multi-Vehicle Crash Partially Closes I-81 In Central PA: PennDOT (Developing) A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer has led to lane restriction on Interstate 81, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice on Friday, Aug. 9.  The crash happened on I-81 South in the center and right lane at mm 58.3 around 4:40 p.m., according to Schreffler.  The lane restriction is at Exit 59: Route 581 East to Route 11: Camp Hill, according to PennDOT's 511PA. PSP and Beltway Patrol are on the scene.  No injuries have been reported at the time of publishing.  Check back here for possible updates.
