Tractor-Trailer Fatally Rear-Ends Car On I-81: PA State Police Chambersburg A passenger has died in a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 81, the Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday morning. State Troopers were called to the fatal crash along I-81 in Franklin County a minute before midnight on March 21.
