Garbage Truck Crushes PA Sanitation Worker To Death A sanitation worker is dead after being hit by the truck he was working on, according to authorities.  It happened around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 15 in Ridley Park, borough police said in a statement.  The employee, 31-year-old Frank Daniels, was on the 200 block of West Hinckley Avenue when he was struck and fatally injured, said police and sanitation company JP Mascaro and Sons.  The Occupational Safety and Health Administration confirmed that they are investigating the death and noted that JP Mascaro and Sons has no past OSHA inspection history.  The compan…
