Children Living In 'Feces' Lands Central PA Mom Charges: Affidavit
Three children found home alone with dog feces covering the floor have led to their mom being charged with child endangerment, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Oct. 31. Heather Ordaz, 41, of the 100 block of B Lane in Willow Farms Trailer Park in Swatara Township has been charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor for Endangering the Welfare of Children, on Sunday, Oct. 27, according to her court docket.
