Born at 12:51 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2025, at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, Cash Levi Burkholder arrived weighing 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and measuring 22.5 inches long. He is the son of Amber and Randy Burkholder of Chambersburg. Both mom and baby are doing well, hospital officials said. This New Year’s baby marks the first birth of 2025 across WellSpan’s six labor and delivery units, which include hospitals in Ephrata, Lewisburg, Gettysburg, Lebanon, and York. First Baby Of 2024 Welcomed At WellSpan York Hospital Just two minutes after midnight the first baby of 2024 came into the world at WellSpan York Hospital.  Grayson Hayes Zornes was born at 12:02 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2024. The city's White Rose Drop had happened minutes before but we're pretty sure he did not care that he missed the festivities.  This little boy weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 20 inches long. His mom Casey Zornes is tired but "doing well," the hospital says.  Two more babies were delivered within the first hour of the New Year at WellSpan York Hospital. Her proud but sleepy parents are Renee Cuff and Matthew Eckenrode. School Bus Driver Charged After Crash Hospitalizes 8: PA State Police A school bus driver has been charged after eight people were injured in a crash involving the bus and a car, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday.  Terry M. Stroup, 34 of Neville, was wearing her seatbelt but suffered a "suspected minor injury" Pennsylvania State Police wrote in an updated release on Dec. 12.
