A Reading man who survived a law enforcement-involved shooting that previously left him in critical condition has pleaded to all charges in the Lancaster County Courthouse on Thursday, March 16, 2023, according to the district attorney's office. Zachary Robert Gilbaugh, 39, of the 1100 block of New Holland Road, pleaded guilty before Lancaster County Judge Thomas Sponaugle who accepted the plea and sentenced him to 8 to 20 years in prison. “I regret what I did,” Gilbaugh said during the proceeding. “I was doing drugs. A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a central Pennsylvania nightclub, authorities say. The United States Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force arrested Jorge Soba-Torres, of York, on a warrant for Criminal Attempt Homicide and Aggravated Assault on Monday, July 18, according to a release by Springettsbury Township police department. New charges have been filed as additional details emerge about an incident that left a Pennsylvania man hospitalized and in critical condition after being shot by law enforcement. The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office has filed two charges of aggravated assault against Zachary Robert Gilbaugh, 38 of Reading, according to a new release by officials.
