Lebanon Burglar Caught With Help Of Neighbor, Police Say A neighbor saw a 21-year-old Lebanon man entering and exiting a home he was burglarizing through a window on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, authorities say.  The neighbor quickly contacted the city police and they arrived and set up a perimeter around 620 South 7th Street around 11:05 a.m., according to a release LCPD issued later that day.  While the police were on scene investigating, "officers observed a bag being thrown out of one of the windows.
