A 39-year-old Lyft rideshare driver is accused of sexually assaulting a passenger who was incapacitated by an inhalant in Luzerne County, authorities said. The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop P Criminal Investigation Unit is currently investigating the sexual assault that occurred on Tuesday, Aug. 20. A tractor-trailer hauling a tank of chocolate syrup rolled over in Lebanon County on Wednesday morning, July 24, authorities explained. A school bus carrying elementary students was involved in a crash in Chester County Wednesday, May 18, school officials said.
