A Dauphin County woman has been charged in connection with the hit-and-run death of a Manheim teen who was landscaping near a cemetery, police explained an updated release on Tuesday, May 27.
Mikayla Victoria Mustard, 24, of the 6600 block of Iru Lane in Lower Paxton Township, is accused of using Snapchat when she fatally struck Curtis Michael Groff, 16, on the 200 block of West Sun Hill Road in Penn Township just after 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2024, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department and court records.

A driver with a blood alcohol level almost twice the legal limit blew through stop signs and swerves in road way, says New Holland police.
Justine Nicole Olweiler, 28, has plead guilty to two other traffic violations, including texting while driving, court documents show.
Olweiler drove right through a stop sign at 2:48 a.m. on Sunday, and then continued driving erratically, police said. She swerved in the area of East Conestoga Street and Mentzer Avenue, where police were on patrol, they said.
