Brandon Gentile Charged With Homicide Of Tom Hartenstine A high-speed race between two young men ended with one dead and the other charged with homicide by vehicle, according to an update by police issued on Friday, Dec. 29.  Brandon Caleb Gentile, 20, of Coatesville, has had a slew of charges leveled against him in connection with the crash that left 22-year-old Thomas "Tom" Austin Hartenstine, of Manor Township, Lancaster dead on June 4.
