A week after he succumbed to his injuries after a Chester County highway crash, loved ones and neighbors are memorializing Lititz student-athlete Lucian Li. Investigators have said 42-year-old Matthew DeAngelis was headed the wrong way on Route 202 when he crashed head-on into Li's Volkswagen Taos just after midnight on Friday, July 14. Another driver is dead days after the collision that killed 42-year-old Matthew DeAngelis on a Chester County highway, state police say. Lucian Robert-Popdan Li, 19, of Lititz, succumbed to his injuries on Monday, July 17, troopers wrote in a release. DUI Norristown Man Charged With Homicide In Deadly Dekalb Pike Crash, DA Says
A 30-year-old Norristown man was arrested on a slew of charges including DUI and homicide in a crash earlier this month that killed his passenger on the Dekalb Pike in Lower Gwynedd, authorities said.
