An infant underwent an "extensive in-patient hospitalization period lasting over 20 days as well as a gastrostomy tube being surgically placed into the child’s stomach" due to false claims by their mom, police announced on Friday, July 7, 2023. Briana Byers, 25, of Lancaster, "had been inventing symptoms and exaggerating normal behavior which led to significant over-hospitalization and medical treatment of her child," City police stated in the release. Philly Man Wanted For Stabbing Victim Outside Montco Wawa Store: Police
A Philadelphia man is wanted by police in Montgomery County for stabbing a victim outside a Wawa store on Saturday, Oct. 8. It all went down around 8:50 a.m. at the store located on the 1300 block of E. Ridge Pike in Plymouth Township, local police said. Ivan Davonte Stephens Jr., 29, stabbed another man multiple times in the arm, back, and chest during an argument in the parking lot, according to police. Man Wanted For Murder In Reading: Police
Police in Berks County are seeking the public's help in locating a 20-year-old wanted man. Luis Cepeda-Morales aka “Oriel" is wanted on first and third-degree murder charges, as well as aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person in the shooting death of Edwin Rivera-Valentin, Reading police said. Rivera-Valentin was found dead on the 400 Block of Spring Garden Street around 3 a.m. on Sunday, July 31, authorities said. A suspect has been charged and a teenager has been identified after a deadly shooting at a central Pennsylvania gas station, according to an updated release by the police. Carlos Almanzar-Torres, 21, argued with Damian Santiago, 19, before removing a firearm from his jacket and chasing Santiago around the gas station located at 111 West Orange Street, Lancaster City bureau police say in the updated release. A 32-year-old Bucks County man is facing criminal charges for apparently shooting his neighbor with a bow and arrow, authorities said. Joseph Reiner, of Levittown, was arrested Wednesday and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and possessing instruments of crime, according to the Falls Township Police Department. Man Wanted For Setting Duplex On Fire With 5 People Inside
A central Pennsylvania man is wanted by police for setting fire to a duplex with five people inside at the time. The fire broke out in the 100 block of Lincoln Street near North Pershing Avenue in York on Sunday just before 10:30 a.m., according to fire officials. Kristopher Jevon Barnes, 31, of the 500 block of Clarke Avenue in York, is wanted by city police for this arson.
