Teen Killed In High-Speed I-81 Crash ID'd: Details Released By PA State Police, Family A high-speed crash on Interstate 81 southbound in East Pennsboro Township claimed the life of a 19-year-old Harrisburg man, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Sunday, Dec. 15. The fatal crash occurred at mile marker 62.6 at approximately 9:43 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14, according to PSP Trooper Joshua Hoerner. Muhammad Shezal Ali, 19, of Harrisburg, died at the scene after being ejected from his 2009 Honda Civic, police said.
