A three-vehicle crash has left a 911 operator dead, authorities explained in the days following her sudden passing. Kaitlynn Elizabeth Beatty, 20 of Irwin, was killed in a three-vehicle crash along Glades Pike/Route 31, west of Tree Army Road in Jefferson Township on Jan. 30, as detailed in the Pennsylvania State Police report. Kaitlynn died at the scene, PSP Trooper Christopher Allen Explained. She had been on her way home from work at Somerset County 911. A Pennsylvania man will spend at least two decades in prison for killing two people during an illegal car rally in Wildwood, authorities said. Gerald White, 38, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced on Thursday, Feb. 8 to 25 years in prison, for killing two people at the violent H2oi car rally in 2022, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced. White has a long history of traffic violations in New Jersey, dating back to 2005. An 8-year-old Pennsylvania who girl drank hand sanitizer yet again was rushed to the hospital over the weekend, according to authorities and the girl's father. The girl was found by her father, Robert Williams in their home on Connellsville Road in Fayette City around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 30, Pennsylvania state police in Bell Vernon detailed in a release.
