PA Judge Indicted For 31 Counts Of Fraud, Witness Tampering: Usdoj A federal grand jury has indicted a Pennsylvania judge and lawyer on 31-counts of wire and mail fraud, as well as witness tampering and obstruction of justice, the US Department of Justice announced on Tuesday, Oct. 8.  Steven Stambaugh, age 61, of York, has been charged with twenty-six counts of wire fraud, two counts of mail fraud, two counts of tampering with a witness, and one count of obstruction of justice for a COVID-19 scheme, according to United States Attorney Gerard M. 200+ Layoffs Expected As FedEx Facility Closes In Central PA A Central Pennsylvania FedEx will close its doors and lay off over two hundred employees, according to a WARN Notice by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The FedEx Supply Chain Inc. at 115 Willow Springs Lane in York is set to close on Sept. 30.  The layoffs at the facility will include 220 people. The company will assist the affected employees with finding new positions, according to a FedEx spokesperson.
