Drought Conditions Declared In 35 PA Counties: State Environmental Officials Drought conditions have been declared in 35 Pennsylvania counties as of Friday, Nov. 1, according to state environmental officials. Thirty-three of those counties are under a Drought Watch while two others are under a Drought Warning, the state's Department of Environmental Protection said in a news release. Tanker-Truck Catastrophe Averted In Bucks County A tanker truck fire that nearly expanded into a larger disaster was quickly brought under control in Bucks County early Tuesday, authorities said.  The fire was reported at about 1:05 a.m. in the parking lot of Quala Wash at 1000 Imperial Court in Bensalem, officials said.
