MD Restaurant Cook ID'd In Fatal PA Crash: York County Coroner A 61-year-old woman who died in a two-crash has been identified by the York County Coroner's office on Monday evening, Aug. 6. Susan Lam, of the 2400 Block of Smith Mill Road, Shrewsbury Township died at the scene of the crash at the intersection of Mt. Airy Rd. and Buchanan Avenue in Shrewsbury Township at 6:15 p.m., as detailed in the release.  Lam struck a vehicle with two people inside who suffered injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.  "Deputy Coroner Onalee Gilbert responded to the scene to investigate and certify the death," as stated in the release. HazMat, MedEvac At Maryland Crash Caused Delays On I-83 In Pennsylvania A serious multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 83 caused delays which led to another crash in Pennsylvania, authorities told Daily Voice on Thursday.  The serious crash in Maryland happened at I-83 North just before Exit 36:MD Route 339/Old York Road. The call to Baltimore County dispatchers came in at 6:47 a.m. on Dec 21.  The crash initially shuttered both north and southbound lanes near Parkton, authorities explained.
