HS Senior ID'd Following Head-On Crash In Reading A community is mourning the loss of a 17-year-old football player after a deadly head-on collision.  Antonio Chaves of Paradise died along with a 17-year-old girl from Schuylkill County at a nearby hospital following the two-vehicle crash on Route 183 in Bern Township near Fairview Drive on Thursday, April 6, around 12:30 p.m., authorities said.
