Police Are Knocking On Doors Amid Massive Search For Escaped Killer Danelo Cavalcante
The search for 34-year-old escaped killer Danelo Cavalcante remains under way in Chester County. Police were knocking on doors around Pocopson Township Sunday, Sept. 3, as there have been sightings of the convicted murderer in the area over the weekend, the Chester County District Attorney's Office said. Hundreds of U.S. Marshals agents, SWAT teams, local, state, and other federal agencies have been searching the area in the days after Cavalcante slipped by guards at the Chester County prison. More than 24 hours after convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante slipped past guards and escaped the Chester County prison, authorities say he is still at large.
