Seriously Injured Pedestrian Cited After Hit By Car: Pa State Police A 28-year-old woman has been cited after she was struck crossing a street, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.  Alyssa Nicole White of Newmanstown was crossing South Sheridon Road at its intersection with Memorial Boulevard of Millcreek Township when she was struck by a 2017 Audi A4, state police detailed in a release on Sept. 19.  This pedestrian striking incident happened at 2:17 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16, PSP detailed in the release.  White was taken to Reading Hospital with suspected serious injuries, while the driver of the Audi, 26-year-old Matt…
