Video Surfaces Of Woman Wanted For Kidnapping Toddler In PA
A YouTube video with nearly 300,000 views has surfaced of a woman wanted by police after she kidnapped a toddler. The video was posted two weeks ago and was supposedly filmed in Kensington, Philadelphia. The channel "Soft White Underbelly" is described as "interviews and portraits of the human condition by photographer Mark Laita."
