Philadelphia Firefighter Killed, 5 Others Pulled From Rubble In Building Collapse A longtime Philadelphia firefighter died and five others were injured in a building collapse in the northern part of the city early Saturday, June 18, officials said. Deputy Fire Commissioner Craig Murphy said only that the fallen firefighter was a 27-year department veteran. The blaze at 300 W.
